Adriano Venturini
Manager and co-founder partner of the company. He is 15 year experienced in studying, designing and developing complex software solutions, gained by working at important italian companies (Telecom Italia, and Elsag Bailey) and research insitute (ITC-irst). He has designed the software architecture of complext web based portal solutions and is responsible of the design of the Trip@dvice solutions and strategies. He has in depth knowledge in the following areas: - Management, study, and design of software systems based on complex architectures
- Java based web architectures
- Java technologies, mainly open source: CMS, Portal server, application server, persistence and web application frameworks

Marisa Nones
Manager and co-founder partner of the company. She is 10 years experienced in design and development of Graphical User Interface for web applications including analysis of user requirements and specifications, modelling of basic structures, design and build of interfaces using different technologies and tools, usability test and analysis of results, to deploy of new features and requirements of web interfaces, to test technology core functionality, to provide html conformance to W3C Recommendations, to provide web sites conformance to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

Dario Cavada
Co-founder partner of the company. He has 15 year experience in developping software solutions, design and build component-based applications in a Web/Internet delivery environment. He develops and support applications written in Java using current and new development technology typically in a Windows or Linux environment. He provides support in design develop and maintainment Trip@dvice technology core functionalities.

Elena Not
Project manager for innovation. She received her degree in Computer Science from the University of Udine. Since 1992 she has been a research scientist at the Istituto per la Ricerca Scientifica e Tecnologica (IRST) in Trento, now Fondazione Bruno Kessler. She has worked on several national and international research projects reflecting her interest in Intelligent User Interfaces, User Modeling, Adaptive Information Presentation with particular focus on personalization, discourse structure, and integration with other modalities. She took active part in the research and development activities of many European funded projects in the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Framework. She is cohauthor of more than 50 scientific publications.
Currently she works at eCTRL Solutions as a project manager for innovation to foster the design of new services and functionalities.

Luigi Patil
Software engineer. He received his degree in Computer Science from the University of Study in Trento. In 2005 he worked at Istituto per la Ricerca Scientifica e Tecnologica (IRST) in Trento at eCTRL taking part in the realization of the European Tourism Portal. Currently he works at eCTRL Solutions developing and maintaining the Trip@dvice system and its extensions.
